Different Types of Fast
         Dry Fasting

Dry Fasting is the most powerful fast out of the three, in my

opinion. See, when one is dry fasting, the body creates its own

water and food. Cool, right? Yes, the body is smart and knows how

to function and operate with what it has. Dry fasting is when you

do not consume solids or liquids. Your body will feed off of the fat

in the body (yes, the love handles will be eaten, lol). Whatever the

body doesn’t need, it will get rid of, which would be considered

the garbage or “waste.” Dry fasting is so effective because when

drying fasting, the digestive system is at complete rest. It’s not

breaking down any food, nor is it consuming anything. So that

gives the body a chance to heal and repair itself at its most optimal

level without interruption. Benefits of dry fasting would be: helps

lose weight, anti-aging, meaning it slows down aging, clearer skin,

etc. I also would recommend not exceeding more than 2-3 days of

dry fasting at a time. It’s all about longevity; becoming healthy is

a lifelong journey. If dry fasting is something you want to add to

your lifestyle, try it once a week, preferably on an off day when

you are not working and running around too much.
