How to break a fast









              Now we will discuss how to properly break a fast. When breaking

              a “fast,” the worst thing you could do is dive right back into the

              filthy foods you were once eating. We can’t dive right back into

              eating the pork sausages dipped in deer antler gravy.  You are

              finally getting the body clean why would you want to get it right

              back dirty. That’s like going on a date, then before the date, you

              work out, get sweaty, and put fresh, clean clothes on. No, you’re

              supposed to work out, shower, and then put clean clothes on for

              your date. Same as food, once you clean your machine “body,” you

              want to put healthy cleansing foods back inside it. Now since we

              know why we can’t go right back to the bad foods we were eating.

              The best thing to consume after breaking any fast will be fruits

              because fruits are full of nutrients, natural sugars the body loves,

              and it’s easy on the digestive system. If you go right back to eating

              solid foods after fasting, you will be racing to the bathroom, as

              they say, “turning the club up” (lol) because solids foods are hard

              on the digestive system right after a “fast.” So we don’t want to

              disrupt the digestive system, do we? No, we will start with eating
