              tremendously, compared to the average person who has not even

              gone one day without food in their life. If you choose, you want

              to do a water fast. Remember, nobody is perfect, so if you feel

              like you are starving or feeling weak, eat an apple that will give

              you some energy and curve your hunger all in one. If you keep

              practicing it sooner or later, you won’t need that apple anymore.
