serotonin levels have been linked to anxiety, depression,
             obesity,  and insomnia, to name a few. A happy gut is a

             happy you. A dirty gut is a toxic you.

                     When I wake up, I consume spring water with lime.

             If  you  notice  on  various  waters  such  as  SmartWater,  Fiji,

             Dasani, and  many  more,  they  have  enhanced  minerals  for

             taste which are chemicals and not good for the body. But like

             I would tell anyone, if you can’t afford spring water, some water

             is better than no water because we need water to survive. I con-

             sume  a  squeezed lime with my spring water in the morning
             because limes are really good to help the body get rid of toxins,

             boost immunity, promote weight  loss,  etc.   en  between  10

             am and 12 noon, I consume fruits to break my fast. Yes, I said

             break  my  fast,  also  known  as breakfast in the western world.

             When you are sleeping, your body  is in a fasting state, so when

             you consume solids for the first time you wake up, you break

             your fast, also known as having breakfast.  e body was really

             fasting, but we call it sleeping.  at’s why when you sleep, the

             body can finally heal and repair itself because the digestive
             system is at complete rest. Anytime you are not consuming

             solids the digestive system is at rest.

                      ere are many fast one could do, but the three I recom-

             mend are dry fasting, water fasting, and fruit fasting.
