Water Fasting









              Next on the list is  Water Fasting, which I do weekly, and I

              will explain later in the book why. A water fast is simply only

              consuming water and not consuming solids. One day of water

              fasting is equal to three days of fruit fasting. Water fasting is

              powerful and effective because the digestive system is at rest so

              the body can heal and repair itself without any obstruction. One

              of the most noticeable benefits of water fasting is weight loss.

              The reason you can lose weight easily is that you are in a caloric

              deficit, and your body uses your fat for fuel. Fat will be the body’s

              number one energy source. That being said, by default, you burn

              fat and lose weight. But remember, the most important reason

              for fasting is to be healthy but who doesn’t want to get healthier

              and fitter at the same time. I water fast once a week because of all

              the great benefits from letting my digestive system rest, boosting

              the immune system, mental clarity, clearer and better thoughts

              that I need to be creative, etc. When you water fast once a week,

              you let the digestive system rest “4” times a month. This would

              equal letting the digestive system rest and repair itself for “48”
