B.2 Certifications
Certification serves as the formal attestation or confirmation of certain
characteristics of an object, person, or organization. A certification is a credential
that a certain person earned to show that he/she have specific skills or
knowledge. It usually tied to an occupation, technology, or industry. Earning a
certification can give a big push to a certain graduate to its employability.
The College of Computing Sciences typically assisting its students in taking up
TESDA skills and certifications. In order to contribute more into the development
and employability of the students, the College take also its initial step by seeking
International Certifications like CISCO and Mikrotik in order to certify its faculty
members and qualify our College to offer trainings and Certifications to our own
student. As of the present, 2 faculty members were Mikrotik certified and 6
faculty members were CISCO certified and we are currently working for the
establishment of CCS Network Academy.
