C.2 Deployment of On-the-Job Trainees to agencies/companies engaged in
Information technology
The College, through its OJT Coordinator, continuously seek for
industries/companies/agencies whose main services are focus on information
technology, for student immersion/on-the-job training. But before
interns/trainees are deployed, a MOA is forged between the University and the
agency/company. An OJT Policies and Guideline was also prepared and
approved by the College Academic Council as a guide in conducting OJT.
For the purpose of exposure and since there very few IT industries located in the
province, students are encouraged to have their OJT in the cities giving priority
to IT industries. At present, the College has forged MOA and deployed trainees
to the following IT companies: PLDT Baguio, Teleperformance Philippines in
Quezon and Pasig City and at EMS Components Assembly Incorporated in Sta.
Rosa, Laguna. Some of our students were also deployed to regional offices in
Nueva Vizcaya as follows: Social Security System, Pag-ibig Solano, Philhealth,
Philippine Statistic Authority, PC Enterprises, PCiNET Sales and Services, RBG
Sales and Services.
