When responding to emails, you are responsible for making sure each email goes to
the right person:
Sales gets inquiries on courses,
You respond to voucher inquiries
Tanya responds to GDL
Akiva and Ophir respond to emails from Institutions
Meitar and Erez respond to technical issues

Q: Choose a voicemail; listen to it and decide where you think it should be forwarded to:
Sales, Human Resources, Customer Service (you!).

Note: when scheduling, the event must be titled with the name of the student, type of
course, phone number, and level (i.e. John Smith -2w weStandard - 058-445-2222 -
EVA scheduled for 06.10.19)

Q: Open a new google document for a new sale (a student who's never learned with
us).

Remember to make sure it's in the shared drive "student info" and to change the title
to the student's name, course, start date
