If a charge was made within 24 hours, the order can be cancelled through the second
option. You must change the screen to Hebrew for the option to show. To delete ביטלwill be
shown on the right side of the transaction line.
If this is done, go to CRM, and delete payment by adding minus payment (with
reason). If entire order is cancelled, then ask Tanya to delete the order after completing
these actions.
**Just remember that to close out an order (i.e. someone who isn’t getting their
deposit back, but also isn’t coming for a course) you would add a “special order item” with a
minus amount (equal to the remaining balance) to make the balance come to zero.
