>On Monday there is a column "admin" there, students will be assigned to me. I will
get an email alerting me that a sale was made.

         It will come up: Monday.com
>Go to student's profile on CRM. At top there is a link "sales info." Select. Then scroll
down to bottom. There is a box on right side "select an action." Click this and scroll
down to "display info as text." Copy info and email it to Gal. Subject in email should
read "Sales Form – Person's Name."
>Then save Sales form in drive and proceed as normal with charging until informed
otherwise.
>Note: In sales info it will let you know preferences of where/with who to schedule
student.
Sundays:
>On Monday, select students from "Next Week" and move them to active. Then take
future students and move to next week.
>Check active student list to see who owes payment (will read 50% under payment
column).

         Open student's profile in CRM. If owes payment, proceed with charging.
         In CRM, scroll to bottom and check if Terms and Conditions was completed
(note this when filling out the internal form). Starting Student 1st day form. Fill out.

Thursdays:
>When a student starts, make sure terms and conditions form is sent to email.
>When student graduates, confirm that balance paid (on Monday group in Charges
Sheet and CRM), move student to "past student group".
>When someone is no longer active, select pulse and move student.
>Go to CRM, get to form submissions, choose from internal forms, select end of
course form (make sure to fill out all info with asterisks—date, location, etc.)
>Make sure to include Didactic form link which is the teacher's notes of progress
(located in Google Docs). It will contain course name, i.e. Sabra, copy the link and
put it in.
>Remember that on Thursday we close out old students. Go to Monday, remove
leaving students from Active student lists to past student. Remember to fill out
internal form for students leaving. End Course form. >Make sure to include Didactic

contain course name, i.e. Sabra, copy the link and put it in.
