Side Effects of Epinephrine:

◼ Tremors, anxiety, headache, dizziness
◼ respiratory difficulty (Pulmonary pressure) ➔ leakage out of pulmonary artery ➔

(Edema)
◼ Large doses →may cause sudden death
◼ Ventricular arrhythmia

Clinical uses (Indication) of Epinephrine: Contraindications of E: 5H

1) Acute bronchial asthma (inhaler in emergency)
2) With local anesthetic to prolong their action, toxicity -- Heart diseases as angina
