INTRODUCTION


                   This Playbook outlines important information about your employment with Jim Peplinski
                   Leasing.  Should you require clarification about the contents of this document or need
                   assistance on an issue which is not covered within, please speak directly with your
                   manager or with Human Resources.

                   Updates to this Playbook will be communicated to you through our SharePoint site as
                   changes are made.  Each team member is responsible to keep themselves up to date
                   with these changes. We encourage you to make SharePoint your home page and to check
                   it regularly for team  and  business  updates and  announcements.

                    All parts of this document are supplementary to any applicable federal and provincial
                    legislation.  In the event of a conflict, the legislation shall prevail.
