As could be seen from the above table, net profits of the society is huge which is
not desirable for a cooperative society functioning on the lines of cooperative movement.
Several successful cooperative societies are charging lesser rates of interest on loans to
its members.
Hence, the subject is placed before General Body for decision and suitable
byelaw amendment from Cooperative Department.
