Rs.5,950/- p.m to Rs.8,702/- p.m w.e.f. March-2010 to be paid through M/s. Hi-Tech
Computers, Tirupati. Similarly, the Addl.FA&CAO instructed the Project Manager, Onsite
Ventech Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., to study the existing system at TTD ECCS and make
recommendations. Accordingly, study was held and it was observed by the Project
Manager that the services of Data Processing Officer i.e. the Senior Programmer is
essential and further recommended to make payment of wages to the said DPO as per
G.O.Ms.No.3, dt.12.1.2011 implemented through Res.No.273, dt.18.7.2011 of the TTD
Specified Authority payable from 1.3.2012 and communicated vide
Proc.Roc.No.A11/14256/CAO/2011, dt.9.9.2011 of the E.O, TTD. Thereupon, wages @
Rs.11,500/- along with other statutory allowances & taxes totalling to Rs.15,393/- was
being paid per month.

Further, M/s. Hi-Tech Computers declined to accept the salary cheques of its
contract employees deployed to TTD, from October-2012 onwards and while requesting
the contract employees to form themselves into a society stating that they are unable to
process the payment of salaries, returned the old and out-dated un-presented cheques
pertaining to salary, EPF, ESI and thus, considering the situation, the President/E.O,TTD
ordered for payment of salary of Sri P. Jaya Chandra Reddy for the period from
October-2012 to February-2013 directly. Later on, the wages of the DPO was enhanced
from Rs.11,500/- p.m to Rs.17,500/- p.m in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.151 Fin (HR-I, Pig &
Policy) Dept., dt.8.8.2016. Thereupon, the Board of Directors vide Res.No.377,
dt.14.12.2020 enhanced the remuneration to Rs.25,000/- per month from January-2021
onwards. The Board of Directors vide Res.No.523, dt.7.11.2022 extended the services of
Sri P. Jaya Chandra Reddy, Computer Programmer for further period of one (1) year from
1.10.2022 to 30.9.2023. Thereupon, the Managing Committee vide Res.No.562, dt:21-01-
2023 resolved to extend Minimum of Time Scale to that of a Junior Assistant in RPS-2015
i.e. Pay, D.A, HRA, CCA and eligible I.R to Sri P. Jaya chandra Reddy, DPO (Computer
Programmer) with effect from 1.2.2023 onwards.

In this regard, all the activities of the Society are computerized and maintaining
accordingly. Further, some of the programs and applications are needed to be developed
in Hardware and Software from time to time. Though the entire operation of the Society is
computerized, the staff of the Society is yet to be experienced and handle the programs
and System. Sri P. Jaya chandra Reddy is serving the society for the past 17 years with
utmost satisfaction to the society and attending almost all the works in the society.
Monthly demands of entire loans issued by the society are raised by him only and
whatever collections received from TTD are posted to respective members’ accounts
correctly. As such the Services of the programmer is very essential in the Society for
Hardware and Software development / implementation and maintenance of day to day
transactions of the Society and update various database required from time to time. In
addition the Accounts of the Society were developed in the Software for which the
services of the programmer are essential.
