CCA --- Rs. 300/-

Further, the society had Rs.1.99 crores towards Administrative & Contingent Fund
for the financial year 2022-23 and only Rs.97.00 lakhs was spent for the entire financial
year. Since Sri P. Jayachandra Reddy is already extended Minimum of Time Scale in
Junior Assistant cadre in RPS-2015, there will not be any additional expenditure.

Hence, the subject is placed before the Board of Directors for taking a decision on
absorbing Sri P. Jaya chandra Reddy, DPO (Computer Programmer) Time scale
employee, in pursuance of Act No.30 of 2023 of Govt. of A.P read with G.O.Ms.No.114,
Fin (HR-1 Plg. & Policy) Dept, dt.21.10.2023. In the Board of Directors Meeting held on
08-02-2024, It is resolved to take the subject to the General Body meeting for taking a
decision
