couple or a family, they start to eat in a more traditional way.
Bottom Line
In the exchange with the countries it turned out that the various countries
put a different focus on different aspects regarding eating and food.
While most Irish sometimes eat very unhealthy food (e.g. fast food, sweets),
we found that the Swedes, Portuguese and French ate rather balanced. The
Germans have a more body-modelled eating behaviour and pay close atten-
tion to socially guided ideals.
