BP test using Diphtheria & Tetanus toxoid involves
measurement of the antibody titres of the sera of the
inoculated animals.Similar test for assay of the potency of
killed poliomyelitis in chickens.
The potency of live vaccines cannot be assayed by dose-
response curve methods ,it may be estimated by counts of
viable particles.
