Source: α-Farnesene is found in the coat of apple, it is responsible for the

characteristic green apple odor. Also found in oil of Citronalla.  while
β-farnesene occurs in oil of hops.

2- Monocyclic sesquiterpene hydrocarbons:

Zingiberene

Source: Oil of ginger.

    The health benefits of ginger root oil can be attributed to its
       digestive, carminative, expectorant, antiseptic and anti
       inflammatory properties.

    Ginger oil is used in the treatment of rheumatism, nausea, travel
       and sea sickness, congestion, coughs, sore throat and colic.

3- Bicyclic sesquiterpene hydrocarbons:
a- Derivatives of naphthalene:

Cadinene

Source: Oil of cade.

b- Derivatives of Azulene:
They have Azulene nucleus C10 H8
