Lesson 10: What is “Fateh”?

The word ‘Fateh’ means victory. But ‘Fateh’ is also the

Sikh greeting and also a way to remember Waheguru

when we meet our friends and family. We fold our

hands, and say:

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa .

Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh!

It means Khalsa belongs to

Waheguru,

Victory belongs to Waheguru.
