Citizen House

The President of Amex Travel is a friend of mine and he recommended

accommodations at Full of Africa. They have a variety of accommodation

offerings from $200-$350 per night and are all inclusive. Safaris and cultural

events are included. This would be ideal for a retreat type trip.

Houses converted to hotels that are exclusive to one group at time in the area

range on average $300 per night for up to 12 bedrooms however all the

properties I had looked at were beautiful on the outside but run down on the

inside. I have run trips this way to Peru however the accommodations had

reflected the price and were clean but very simple.

Some things to consider if not partnering with an inclusive destination:

Security & safety, health facilities, local transport & logistics, social scene/ local

events, food, local culture/folklore, activities.

On Air b&B I did find much for luxurious

homes that ranged from 10-15 bedrooms

and averaged $3500 for the week.
