               YOGA, MEDITATION & SATVIK FOOD






            Y – Yoga : 30 Minutes Daily

                10 minutes cardio
                10 minutes Surya namaskar
                5 minutes stretching
                5 minutes Pranayam

            M – Meditation : 10-20 Minutes Daily

                Chanting mantras for peace of mind and soul
                Or simple deep breathing

            S - Satvik Food

            Eat only Fresh, home-cooked, local, seasonal, and
            traditional foods.

            7 Super Foods : Must include them in
            your daily diet.

                Ghee
                Turmeric
                Ajwain
                Millets
                Pulses/lentils
                Seasonal fruits and veggies
                Nuts and seeds
            Hydration: 12-14 glasses of lukewarm water daily
            (water is best to be consumed
            at 37°C body temperature)
            Absolute No: to Packed foods like cookies, cold
            drinks, namkin, cereals, etc.
