Villa Contacts List
If there are any maintenance or services problems with the villa on arrival
or during your stay these are the telephone numbers of whom you need to
contact. Our villa management company, is Colin Skinner Services, who are
open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. -1 p.m. and 2 p.m. -5.30 p.m. At weekend
they can be contacted on the emergency numbers shown but please do so
only if there is a serious problem as they are also dealing with arrivals
and departures at a number of other properties. For simple problems, such
as how to switch on the TV, cooker or microwave, the equipment manuals
in the kitchen should suffice. There are two separate companies that are
responsible for the resort services in Quinta do Lago. Infraquinta is the company who
provide the infrastructure services such as rubbish collection, street cleaning and
lighting, water and sewage and maintenance of the common areas. Vigiquinta is the
security company who operates 24 hours a day and whose vehicles you will see touring
round the estate. Our alarm is connected to their control centre.
