Villa Vermonte – Guest Information



                   Security and Key Deposit

                                           A security/key deposit has been collected from you which will, if
                                           necessary, be used to compensate the owner for any accidental
                                           breakages, damage to the property, loss (including key
                                           replacement) and extra cleaning of items mentioned below.
                                           The villa will have been checked prior to your arrival, but please
                                           do take the time to check as well and advise the Management
                   Company within 24 hours of your arrival of any obvious damage or items you may think
                   are missing. Carrying out this simple task will ensure that you will not be held responsible
                   for any damages that have occurred or items that went missing before your arrival.

                   Please do not try to open any of the locked rooms in the basement reserved for the use
                   of the owners and the maids.

                   The management company reports back to the owner at the end of your visit whether
                   any damage or breakages have occurred and, if so, you will be advised of the cost of any
                   repair or replacement.

                   Maid Service
                                  Maid service is provided 5 days per week, except Sundays and public
                                  holidays plus a departure clean on the day of your departure, The maids
                                  will normally come in the morning but their schedule must be determined
                                  by the management company as clearly it is impossible for them to visit all
                                  the villas they clean at a time decided by the guests. If you don’t want
                                  them to come on a particular day please ask the management company –
                                  but no refund will be due as the service will be paid for in any event.

                                  The Maid's duties include cleaning the bathrooms, making the beds,
                                  washing the floors and dusting to ensure the general cleanliness of the
                   villa. They do not wash up dishes or undertake personal laundry. Laundry, dry cleaning
                   and ironing can be arranged through the management company at an extra charge
                   payable directly.

                   Linen change: The bed linen is changed on Tuesday & Friday except the Friday prior to
                   your departure day. This means it is only changed once on the Tuesday if you are staying
                   for a week.

                   Bathroom towel change: The bathroom towels are changed on Tuesday & Friday except
                   the Friday prior to your departure day.  This means they are only changed once on the
                   Tuesday if you are staying for a week.

                   Bathroom service: Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and
                   shower.  We provide hotel style bathroom amenities with a selection of good quality
                   soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and boxed tissues. They are replenished weekly
                   on Friday.

                   Hair dryers are also provided in the bedroom.

                   Pool towel change: Polo Ralph Lauren or Hugo Boss pool towels are provided and are
                   changed weekly.
