Villa Vermonte – Guest Information
Toilet System
The toilet system has small pipes that can block very easily. For this reason, please do
not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Nappies and sanitary items
should be bagged then put in the waste bin provided. Blockages caused by any articles
other than toilet tissue may incur a call-out charge.
Safe
There is a safe in the villa which you should be able to find but, if not, ask the
management company where it is located. There is a full set of instructions on how to
use the safe. This will prevent you inadvertently locking it if you have not noted the pass
code you need to create the first time you use it.
Electric Awnings.
The awning above the outside lounge area is operated by the remote control on the wall
next to the kitchen door but also has a wind sensor to close it automatically when it is
too windy. The awning below the pergola next to the barbeque also operates electrically
with a switch on the wall.
Pool and Pool Area
The villa is provided with extensive and
comprehensive pool area furniture and equipment. It
is put out by the management company prior to your
arrival so please ask them if anything is missing.
We endeavour to keep the cushions and parasols in
first class condition but it is a difficult task as sun
lotion and adverse weather, when they are left out,
take their toll. Here is the list of what we provide to
maximise your enjoyment around the pool.
• 8 rattan sun loungers and cushions, 4 rattan side tables
• Rattan dining table, 8 chairs and cushions
• 2 rattan sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 coffee table, 2 side tables
• 3 large parasols and bases for the pool terrace
• 1 large parasol and base for the first floor terrace
• 1 beach parasol
• 8 coloured pool towels
• Full set of plastic “glassware” in kitchen cabinet
• Barbecue tools – in kitchen drawer
Cushions - All the cushions are stored in the pool room next to the barbecue. All
cushions should be put in the pool room overnight otherwise they will get damp from
overnight dew or rain and the irrigation system. Obviously they should also be put away
when it rains during the day. All cushions are either cleaned or replaced at the beginning
of each summer season, but it is very difficult to keep them clean particularly because of
sun tan lotion and we apologise if they are stained.
A second set of cushions allows us to clean them during the season which helps.
