Internet Access

The cable TV service also provides internet access through a high speed,200 mbps,
broadband link. On the wall behind the desk in the lounge is the fibre optic router which
facilitates the TV, phone and the broadband wi-fi which allows you to connect to a laptop
or iPad in most parts of the house and garden. The all-in-one PC on the desk is also
connected to the Internet. You will need the password, given to you separately with the
alarm code, to make the connection.

As we offer this service free of charge we cannot guarantee you will make a connection
with your particular device nor can we offer technical support. You can however ring Lazer,
the cable TV and broadband provider for assistance but they will then make a call out
charge.

Rubbish Collection

The dustbin is kept in the cupboard next to the main gates. Rubbish is normally collected
daily, each morning except Saturday and any bank holidays, but you must put the
dustbin out of the cupboard onto the kerbside if you want it emptied. Once the
bin is emptied please put it back in the cupboard as you would find it very unsightly if
everyone left their bins out all the time.

Please leave your rubbish in proper black bags. It will be appreciated if you can dispose
of your rubbish regularly and especially before the end of your stay.
The bin men will also take away additional rubbish (cardboard boxes, broken li-los etc.) if
it can be easily handled and is put out alongside the dustbin.

Please ensure the dustbin is not overfull and that the lid is fastened as stray dogs will
often pull bins over if they think they can get to any food.

Terraces and Balconies

All of the first floor bedrooms have access to a
terrace or balcony. In the case of the first bedroom
at the front of the house, the balcony is above the
front door and you will find a key to open the
balcony door already in the lock.

There is also a door at the top of the stairs leading
out onto the first floor terrace which is also locked
– but the key is in the lock. Please do not remove
either of these keys.

In order to open the doors from each bedroom out
to the terrace of balcony please raise the roller
blinds to above the height of the doors.

There is a spiral staircase from the first floor terrace to a roof terrace at the very top of
the house. Although the view is spectacular please be very careful using the spiral
staircase, which you use at your own risk. In any event it should not be used by children,
elderly or the infirmed.
First Floor Terrace
There are 4 additional sun loungers (metal) on the first floor terrace with a set of white
cushions for them in a storage box. There is also a glass table with 6 metal chairs on this
terrace with a set of cushions in the pool room.
