Examples for the used microorganisms
1) Moist heat: Bacillus staerothermophillus.
2) Dry heat: Bacillus subtilis.
3) Ethylene oxide: Bacillus subtilis.
4) Ionizing radiation: Bacillus pumilus.
5) Filtration: Serratia marcescens or Pseudomonas diminuta which are very
small Gram negative M.O.
