may indicate defensiveness or discomfort. Therefore, maintaining a balanced and confident

posture is essential for delivering an effective presentation
                                                                        .

2.2.4 Hand Gestures ( تاءاميلااو نيدي لا ةكرح)

Hand gestures are an important part of body language because they help illustrate ideas and
reinforce spoken messages. Speakers who use natural hand movements during presentations

often appear more engaging and dynamic.

Gestures can be used to emphasize key points, direct attention to charts or slides, and visually

explain relationships between ideas. For example, pointing to a graph while discussing data can
help the audience better understand the information being presented.

However, gestures should be used carefully and in moderation. Excessive or repetitive movements

may distract the audience and reduce the professionalism of the presentation. Effective

presenters use purposeful and natural gestures that complement their verbal message and
               enhance audience understanding
                                                .

2.3 Evaluation of Oral Presentations ( ةيهفشلا ضورعلا مييقت)

Oral presentations are widely used in academic and engineering fields to present ideas, research
findings, and project results. The effectiveness of a presentation depends on several evaluation

criteria that measure how well the speaker communicates information to the audience.

Common evaluation criteria include clarity of explanation, organization of the presentation,

effective use of visual aids, and interaction with the audience. These criteria help determine the

overall quality and impact of the presentation.
