2.3.1 Clarity of Explanation )حشلا حوضو(
Clarity is one of the most essential elements of an effective presentation. If the speaker’s
explanation is unclear or overly complicated, the audience may struggle to understand the topic.
               To ensure clarity, presenters should:

                   • Use simple and understandable language

                   • Explain key concepts before discussing detailed information

                   • Provide examples or illustrations to support understanding

A well-delivered presentation allows the audience to follow the speaker’s ideas easily and logically.

2.3.2 Organization of the Presentation ( ضرعلا ميظنت)

A well-organized presentation helps the audience follow the speaker’s ideas step by step. Most effective
presentations follow a clear structure consisting of three main parts:

               Introduction

Introduces the topic and explains the purpose of the presentation.

               Main Content

Presents the key ideas, data, and findings.

               Conclusion

Summarizes the main points and highlights the key message.

                                                                                                          .
Logical organization makes the presentation easier to understand and improves audience engagement
