Visual aids such as slides, charts, diagrams, and images play an important role in improving the
quality of presentations.
They help to:
• Simplify complex information
• Illustrate data and statistics
• Capture audience attention
• Support the speaker’s message
However, visual aids should complement the spoken explanation rather than replace it.
Overloading slides with text can reduce audience engagement and make the presentation less
effective.

Audience interaction is another important factor in evaluating presentations. Effective
presentations involve active communication between the speaker and the audience.
