               2.7.5 Visual Aids in Presentation


















               Visual aids play an important role in making presentations more effective because they help the

               audience understand information quickly and clearly. Visual aids include images, charts, graphs,
               tables, and videos.


               Using  these  tools  makes  the  presentation  more  engaging  and  interactive,  and  helps  simplify

               complex information.


               2.7.6 Presentation Skills


               The success of a presentation depends not only on the content but also on the presenter’s skills.

               Important presentation skills include:

               Eye contact: looking at the audience while speaking.


               Voice tone: speaking clearly and varying the tone to keep attention.


               Body language: using gestures and facial expressions effectively.


               Organization of ideas: presenting information in a clear and logical order.

               Time management: completing the presentation within the given time
