2.5.4 Improving Information Understanding )تامولعملا مهف يسحت(
Graphs improve understanding because humans naturally respond to visual information faster
than written text. Research indicates that the human brain processes images far more quickly than
words, which makes charts a powerful tool for communicating complex information.
Information presented visually is also easier to remember. Audiences tend to retain images and
charts longer than plain text, which enhances the effectiveness of presentations.
For this reason, graphs are widely used in scientific reports and academic presentations to clarify
ideas and improve data comprehension.

In this section the properties of a lecture or a presentation shall be pointed out and the differences
between lectures or presentations and Technical Reports. In addition, presentation targets and
presentation types are described. But at first, we want to introduce a few definitions of terms
which are often mismatched.
