For example, instead of presenting a long list of monthly sales numbers, a line chart can illustrate

how sales change over time, allowing the audience to understand the overall trend instantly.

This approach is effective because it condenses large amounts of information into a clear visual
representation that is easier to interpret.

2.5.2 Attracting Audience Attention )روهمجلا هابتنا بذج(
Visual elements such as charts, graphs, and infographics are more effective at capturing audience

attention than long blocks of text. When graphs are used in presentations, the content becomes

more engaging and dynamic, helping maintain the audience’s interest.

Presentations that include visual elements are often more persuasive and impactful because they
communicate ideas in a clear and appealing manner.

2.5.3 Facilitating Data Comparison )تانايبلا يب ةنراقملا ليهست(

Graphs enable audiences to compare data quickly and efficiently. Instead of reading multiple
numbers and trying to analyze them mentally, viewers can directly compare values by observing
the height of bars in a bar chart or the slope of lines in a line graph.

For instance, a bar chart can be used to compare the performance of several projects or products

during a specific time period. This visual comparison makes differences between values

               immediately clear.

As a result, data analysis becomes more efficient and easier for the audience to understand.
