Now that you’ve greeted the recipient, it’s time to get down to business! The body of your letter
is where you explain your purpose for writing formal letter. Here’s how to write a clear and concise
body:
1. Provide Supporting Information:
• Once you’ve stated your purpose, elaborate on your points.
• If you’re applying for a job, this is where you’d highlight your relevant skills and
experience.
