               A clear sender’s address helps ensure your formal letter finds its way to the right hands. Think of

               it like putting a return label on your message – it lets the recipient know who sent it and how to
               get in touch if needed.


               Here’s what to include:


                   1.  Your Name: Write your full name on the first line, just like it appears on official documents.
