            Australian and Asian Art Network Association was attended, including a founding ceremony at the
            Queensland Taiwan Centre. The GFCBWA president was present to congratulate people.

            5 May 2010

            GFCBWA and the world multicultural arts association co-organised a special concert, Call of the
            Drums, performed by the Fanghe junior high school (芳和國中) drum band. The performance
            combined the vibrant, traditional Taiwanese drumming and the local innovative fusion delivered a
            magnificent show to the audience. The superb drumming technique, the performer’s focus and rich
            body movements, caught the eyes of the audience, from beginning to the end. The sound and
            rhythm of the drumming touched the deepest part of people’s hearts. You could feel the infinite force
            and energy of life surround all. This outstanding performing troupe has been touring around the
            world, setting their footprints on five continents. They have gained a wonderful reputation and
            fantastic reviews.

            GFCBWA’s members participated in the Creative Noodle Cooking competition at UCA Brisbane
            Taiwanese congregation, this was organised by the Taiwan women’s league of Queensland. Our
            team won the competition. These talented members are: Lisa Chung (趙玉琴), Julie Kao (高家芸),
            Linda Gong (龔安蓉), Grace Turvey (高潔儀) and Zhao Jun (Ten) (趙軍).

            Buddha’s birthday/bathing celebration and ceremony event was held at Tzu Chi Temple on the Gold
            Coast.

            People attended the Super Star Singing Competition Party, organised by the Taiwan Women’s
            League of Queensland, at the Queensland Taiwan Centre.

            Mr.Gu Lihan (顧立漢), reporter from the Taiwan macroview television station, completed a special
            interview on the Gold Coast with GFCBWA’s, Pretty and Hot painting class. The teacher was Mr. Liu
            Songlin (劉松林).
            13 June 2010

            People participated in the celebration event organised by Hakka Club, Dragon Boat Competition
            and the market fair. Our member, Lisa managed the GFCBWA’s food stall and Wang Longli (王龍
            莉) was in charge of the pressure point massage stall. The balance from the business was donated
            to GFCBWA.

            31 July 2010
            GFCBWA’s sixth anniversary and handover ceremony for the second and third presidents was held
            at the Southport Sharks Club.

            1 August 2010
            GFCBWA and Kaohsiung ZSM cross-industry association co-host presented a special lecture,
            wealthy life-body, wealth, environment and personal life, held at the Queensland Taiwan Centre.
