Chart 4-7: Freeze

         Freeze is the ability to control cold and use it against a target. Characters who learn Freeze techniques may
         demonstrate the following proficiencies against targets of all belt ranking.

          Ice Rocks– The ability to create ice rocks in the sky that can fall onto one (1) target.

          Prerequisite: N/A

         Ki Energy                Range                                    Description/Effects
             10       Target Maximum= 1/2 User TR  Create Small rocks.  Apply Small object falling damage
             20       Target Maximum= 3/4 User TR  Create Medium rocks. Apply medium object falling damage
             30         Target Maximum= User TR        Create Large rocks.  Apply large object falling damage

         Ground Freeze– The ability to freeze the ground beneath targets.
         Prerequisite: N/A

             10       Target Maximum= 1/2 User TR  Freeze 1D6 ft. of ground, -1D4 MOV to targets effected
             20       Target Maximum= 3/4 User TR  Freeze 1D8 ft. of ground, -1D4 MOV to targets effected
             30         Target Maximum= User TR        Freeze 1D12 ft. of ground, -1D6 MOV to targets effected

         Ice Wall– The ability to create an ice blockade for protection.

         Prerequisite: Ground Freeze
