A Day at the Zoo
Last week, I went to the zoo. I always wanted to go there,
but this was my first time, and it was great!
When I entered, the zoo keeper gave me free peanuts and
juice. I realized quickly that this was a special zoo. They had
purple hoopoes, white turtles, and blue snakes. The elephants
were talking like people. The zoo keepers were teaching the
kangaroos how to play football. There was even a penguin
that knew how to fly. It was amazing!
Suddenly, something rang very loudly! It hurt my ears.
Then, my mom called me and I woke up. It was all a dream! ☺
Read the previous story. Then, answer the following questions.
1) Were there snakes in the story?
2) Were there storks in the zoo?

6) Were there giraffes in the zoo?
