                 METHODE




                      1        Prepare all ingredient, utensil and equipment




                      2        Steam coconut greated for 5 minutes, then mix with pinch of salt and sugar.





                      3        Mix sticky rice flour, rice flour, 150 ml water, and pandan paste. Mixed and
                               knead all ingredients until elastic then mix well with shortening




                               Take a little dough, then round and make it flat, fill the dough with slice of
                      4        brown sugar.




                      5        Close the dough, then shape it like a ball.




                      6        Boiling 1 liter water then put in the dough until cooked and float.





                               Take the dough, then role over into grated coconut until the whole section is
                      7        covered.




                      8        Klepon ready to serve.
