2 1 TSP MUSTARD
3 3 DROPS L&P SAUCE
4 1 PC LIME
4 ½ TSP SALT
5 1 TSP VINEGAR
6 250 LTR SALAD OIL

Procedures:
1. Place egg yolk, mustard, L&P sauce and salt in the mixing bowl
2. Beat all ingredients constantly until sabayon
3. Add salad oil a little at a time until mixture come to creamy form
4. Season with salt and pepper
5. Served cold
