full of hundreds and thousands of distractions (отвлекающих факторов)
which, if you let them, will stop you from turning your hopes and dreams
into a reality (не дадут вам воплощать ваши надежды и мечты в
реальность). Take a moment (найдите время) to consider (рассмотреть)
how many small decisions you make every single day. You decide when to get
out of bed, what to eat for breakfast, when to get out of the shower, how to
style your hair and what music to listen to in the car. My point is (я имею в
виду, что) that by simply operating according to (согласно) a dynamic
lifestyle you’re cluttering (загромождаете) your brain with all kinds of
decisions that ultimately (в конечном итоге) have zero effect on your future.
Will your hairstyle ever change your annual salary (годовую зарплату)? Will
the music you listen to in the car ever helped you to publish that novel you’ve
been dreaming about? No, of course not. So why do 99% of people waste
considerable amount (тратите значительное количество) of their day
thinking about them? The truth is that billionaires know better (знают, как
лучше) and do better.
Take these three titans (титаны) of industry: Mark Zukerberg, Michael Kors,
and Steve Jobs. Each day these individuals are expected to guide (ожидается,
что смогут вести) multi-billion dollar companies, push the boundaries
(раздвигайте границы) of style and culture or reinvent (изобретите заново)
the mechanisms that guide the lives of millions. Every decision they make will
ripple (проноситься) throughout the entire world (по всему миру). So,
when so much is on the line why waste your time worrying about tiny
(маленькие), insignificant (незначительные) questions like “What type of
shampoo should I use?” or “What color of the phone case should I buy?”. The
answer – don’t if you’ve ever seen pictures of these three guys you might have
noticed one thing they all have in common (одно общее между ними) – every
one of them wears the exact (точно) same clothes to work every single day.
Marc Zuckerberg who is worth over 70 billion and operates (работает) the
largest social media network in existence (которая когда-либо
существовала) has worn the same hoodie, T-shirt and pants for years. Michael
Kors has done the same with a black shirt and a blazer while Steve Jobs wore
exclusively (исключительно) a turtleneck and jeans. Why did they do all
this? Because it cut out (убирало) a meaningless (бессмысленное) decision
from their lives. These powerful figures realized (поняли) that they were
wasting valuable (ценное) time and brainpower (умственное способности)
on something that wouldn’t earn them success. So, they found clothes that were
comfortable and wore them over and over again to ensure (гарантировать)
that they would hardly ever (почти никогда) have to even think about how
they looked. Cutting out decisions like this especially ones related to physical
