Cooking for Healing: Digestive Health
























        Gold Broth Greens




                                          and Beans

         This simple dish is full of fiber, iron, and inflammation fighting turmeric.
           Have it as a side or a full bowl for a delicious, warming, nutritious meal!


        Ingredients



        Olive oil
        1 can white beans, drained and rinsed                  Add the broth, and bring to a simmer.
        1 cup vegetable or chicken broth                       Then add the greens and continue to

        1 handful dark, leafy greens                           simmer for one minutes
        Turmeric

        1/4 cup Tahini                                         Whisk in the tahini and as much turmeric
                                                               as desired.
        Instructions

        Heat a medium pan over medium heat                     Taste for salt and pepper.
        Add a healthy dose of olive oil, then the

        beans. Sautee for five minutes.                        Enjoy!
