Chickpea Fritters

These fritters are delicious and full of fiber and nutrients. The cumin gives them
a nice little kick!
Ingredients
1 15-ounce canned chickpeas rinsed, powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add
drained two tablespoons of water and mash with
¼ cup all purpose flour a fork ingredients until well blended.
¼ cup grated or shredded parmesan
cheese Form into thin patties.
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon cumin Heat the oil in a large pan, and add the
