To Visit Buckfastleigh


        16.8 mi  50.4666,– 3.7895  Take the exit to the B3380 following signs to “Dean Prior / B’fastleigh /
        B3380”.

        From there follow signs to Town Centre. You’ll see a brown and white sign indicating the town
        centre to the left, and Buckfast Abbey straight ahead on Strode Rd (street name low down on the
        right).

        Also down that way are the South Devon Railway, Buckfastleigh Butterflies and Dartmoor Otters
        and the Dart Rock Climbing Centre.

        To visit Buckfast Abbey:


        50.4865, -3.7716 At the mini roundabout, turn left on to Buckfast Rd for Buckfast Abbey. Follow
        the brown and white sign.


        Expert navigator tip:  Shortly after that right  turn you’ll pass the Abbey Inn on the right.


        50.4914, –3.7768 You come to a mini roundabout with the Buckfastleigh Carpets Factory Shop on
        the right.  Bear l. at the roundabout and the entrance to Buckfast Abbey is immediately on your
        right.

        To continue into Buckfastleigh, turn r. from the abbey carpark and follow the signs.


        Or -  To take the Dartmoor option, through Dartmeet to Two Bridges on the Dartmoor Rd (Option
        3) follow the instructions below.

        Or -  To continue to Exeter, go back out the way you came in and follow the signs on to the A38.
        Continue along Dartbridge Rd, the B3380.  Cross over the river and turn l. on to the A38 at GPS
        50.4877, -3.7693.


        18.5 mi  50.6785, -3.5212  Take the slip road to exit on to the A30 s/p “Okehampton A30 West /
        Exeter (A377)”.

        1.9 mi  50.6977, -3.5421  Use the left lane to take the slip road to exit on to the A377 s/p “Exeter /
        Crediton / A377”.

        0.2 mi  50.7010, –3.5397 From the r/bout take the 3rd exit on to the A377 s/p “Exeter / Crediton /
        A377 / etc”.


        1.8 mi  50.7192, –3.5378  Follow the A377 across the Exe River on to Frog St, following signs to
        “City Centre”.
