“Aunt Frank”

Frances’ Sweet Potato Salad

1 cup Mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon milk

4 large unpared red delicious apples cut into 1/2” chunks

2 cups chopped celery

1/2 cup dark raisins

1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

3 medium sized sweet potatoes, cooked and diced

Gently fold all ingredients together, cover and refrigerate
