                                                         “Aunt Frank”



                                             Frances’ Bologna Salad




                                         1 pound of bologna (from the deli case)

                                                     3 hard boiled eggs

                                            1/4 cup pickle relish (sweet or dill)

                                                     1 cup mayonnaise


                                           Celery and onion diced (if you want)

                                           Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

                                                  Salt and pepper to taste


                           1.  Add bologna and hard boiled eggs to food processor.


                           2.  Pulse until roughly chopped.

                           3.  Pour bologna/egg mixture into bowl and add relish and mayonnaise

                           4.  Stir until combined.

                           5.  You can add onion, celery, or cheese if you want.

                           6.  Serve on toast or crackers.
