KPI 2 | COMMUNITY RELATIONS AND ACTIVITIES
Planning and discussions continue regarding the extensive community census program. During this report period
the foundation questionnaire was proposed and a local consulting firm engaged to design and propose a roll-out
plan for the community census programme.

KPI 3 | COMMUNITY CONSTITUTION
The community constitution was formally signed by the southern based communities and the northern communities
have offered comment for adjustments. The expectation is to have this complete by the upcoming report period.
