STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

            RESULTS

Karingani continues to focus on communicating with our immediate neighbouring communities, to
understand their needs and priorities. Karingani recognises the fundamental importance of stakeholder
participation and welcomes stakeholder opinions and insights, even in the early stages of planning and
development processes. To achieve meaningful stakeholder engagement, we believe it is essential to share
a common vision for the future, and we therefore strive to have a transparent relationship to align our
shared vision. We encourage stakeholder involvement in decision-making processes that impact their lives
and the essential environment in which they live.

                               KPI 1 | COMMUNITY AMBASSADORS

Due to COVID-19 and its associated restrictions less meetings were held, and community members reached
during this reporting period compared to the previous reporting period. In Cubo community we were able set up
Microsoft Teams conference calls, using the Kurhula office facilities and maintain important meeting schedules with
               the community council.

113 Community meetings attended by our community liaison officers, Jonas Mongoé
                                          and Recson Manzine

3 581 Neighbouring community members reached

Community leadership and liaison remains a vital service and plays an integral part of the project in terms of the
interaction with the members of surrounding communities, maintaining positive relationships, engaging through
