Acorns 2-0, Nicha Dyett and Shauni Griffiths scoring, whilst Karesha Iton, Amy Nash,
Katie O'Leary, Olivia Syson and Maisy Wyer were the markswomen for Enfield Town in
their 5-2 success away to Saltdean Utd. Sutton Utd meanwhile ran out 4-1 winners over
New London Lionesses thanks to Darcy Wells (2), Fern Colepio and Olivia Watson.
Brentford are now in second place in Division One North after a goal from Orlas
McComb gave them a 1-0 win over Hackney. Dulwich Hamlet Res missed a chance to
return to the top though as they were beaten 3-2 by Watford Development, for whom
Sophia Amanor, Iva Hrisimova and Rebecca Lovelace all scored. Lauren Cox, Annie Hewitt,
Jenny Nagle and Daisy Baranowski were all on the target as Denham Utd defeated
Leatherhead 4-1 to move into mid-table.
Ashford Utd stay three points clear at the top of Division One South after a four-goal
haul from Jade Steadman, plus hat-tricks by Jodie Cain and Rebecca Wyatt, took them to
victory against Maidstone Utd. Karis Howard (2), Abbey Davies, Rebecca Janes, Lizzie
Mills, Jenny Newman and Katie Hardaker weighed in with the other goals. Sian Heather was
another hat-trick scorer, for Hastings Utd as they beat Montpelier Villa 7-2. Nicole
Baitup added two and the tally was completed by Charlotte Gurr and Brooke Nicholson-
Rogan. Eastbourne Utd slammed Cray Valley (PM) 9-1 thanks to a Beth Chambers
hat-trick, Shantelle Omar (2), Emily Copeland-Dinan, Grace Hill, Rebecca Relf and Tia
Hooper, the result taking them up to third ahead of Bromley FC Women who were beaten
2-1 by improving Bexhill Utd, Josephine Honnor and Molly Kemp scoring. Welling Utd
defeated Newhaven 4-1 thanks to Sarah White (2), Molly Hawkins and Olivia McGregor,
meanwhile goals from Loren Cardy, Abby Chriss and Elouise Kinloch earned Steyning
Town Community a narrow 3-2 win over Herne Bay, who replied through Izzy Taggart
and Lauren Harris.
North East League
The top three in the Premier Division did not play on Sunday and Wakefield now follow on
after winning 7-6 in a high scoring affair against Sunderland West End. Neve Renwick
hit a hat-trick for Wakefield, with Bethanie Davies, Jordane Allison, Rebecca Hunt and
Rebecca Furey adding the others. Alex Ross replied with a hat-trick of her own for West End,
along with Ellie Thomson (2) and Olivia Inaloz but it wasn't quite enough. Redcar Town
meanwhile ran out 5-1 winners away to Blyth Town thanks to a Mary Corbyn hat-trick,
Jessica Round and Tianna Maloney.
Things remain tight at the top of the Northern Division and Norton & Stockton
Ancients Res are back on top again after a Maddie Myers hat-trick fired them to a 3-1 win
away to Gateshead FC Ladies. Previous leaders Chester-le-Street Utd drew 1-1 with
Spennymoor Town and return to second place, Holly Doogan and Autumn Colledge
scoring respectively. Hartlepool Utd moved themselves in contention by beating
Guisborough Town 5-0 with goals from Zara Johnson (2), Anya Geary, Macy Thornton
and Ruby Frazer. Rebecca Norman, Demi Burdon, Lucy Hammond-Garrington, Hannah
Lambert and Robyn Ingram accounted for the goals as Hartlepool Pools Youth won 5-0
at West Allotment Celtic and Bishop Auckland defeated Thornaby Ladies 2-0
thanks to Katie Raine and Emma Wright.
Handsworth have gone six points clear at the top of the Southern Division after
winning 4-2 at Harworth Colliery with a goal each from Jessica Birtles, Katie Jepson,
Danielle Pinder and Caitlan Tattershall. Lynn Goodman and Jodie Gregory both scored
twice as Barnsley FC Ladies beat Ripon City 4-0 to go second whilst York RI were
beaten for the first time, 6-1 by Millmoor Juniors Ladies for whom Abby Watkinson
scored four times along with Crystal Lisle and Martha Roper. Ossett Utd follow on after a
