East Midlands League
Notts County were denied an opportunity to go level on points with Premier Division
leaders Chesterfield as they were held to a 3-3 draw by Rotherham Utd, who picked up
their first point of the season in the process. Nya Chambers, Summer Gayle and Elle Rowson
all scored for County whilst Madison Wilson hit a brace and Nnola Oyeka the other for
Rotherham. Mansfield Town are up to fourth after they defeated Anstey Nomads 3-0.
Grimsby Town kept up their winning start in Division One North, a 3-1 success
away to Gainsborough Trinity leaves them three points clear at the top. Beth Wharton
netted twice and Evelyn Revell the other for Town, after Emily Murphy had put Trinity
ahead. Jade Baker hit a hat-trick, with Lauren Alderson and Paige Wright adding the others,
as Sleaford Town ran out 5-0 winners over Lincoln Utd Development and a Natalie
Aird brace earned Grimsby Borough a 2-1 victory over St Josephs Rockware of
Worksop.
In Division One Central, Asfordby Amateurs have gone level on points with the top
two following their 4-2 win against Notts County Development. Jessica West, Amber
Hill, Hannah Green and Evie Crane all scored for Asfordby, with Isla-May Theakstone and
Masani Springer-Williams replying. Ashleigh Evans (2), Daisy Allen, Rachel Broughton-Mee
and Georgina Shaw accounted for the goals as Ilkeston Town defeated Mansfield
Hosiery Mills 5-3 and Sherwood FC Women edged out West Bridgford Colts 4-3
thanks to a Bella Reed brace, Hannah Vincent and Rebecca Frith. Isabel Sullivan hit a
hat-trick for the home team but ended up on the losing side.
Northampton Town Development have gone four points clear at the top of
Division One South after a Kaitlyn Crouch double, Alex Bartlett and Keira Doig gave them a
4-2 victory over Kettering Town. Andreia Oliveira scored twice and Emily Johnson the
other as Peterborough Utd Development defeated Thrapston Town to go second.
Dunton & Broughton Utd head a string of four teams on six points following their 8-1
win against Coalville Town Ravenettes in which Ella Jackson bagged a hat-trick along
with Samantha Hargrave (2), Nikki Lidgett (2) and Bronwen King. Renae Huggan-
Broughton meanwhile netted the only goal of the game for Loughborough Foxes Vixens
as they beat Leicester City Ladies 1-0.
Eastern Region League
Bowers & Pitsea have moved into the top three in the Premier Division, climbing above
Haringey Borough after winning their meeting 3-1. Millie Isherwood netting twice along
with an own goal. Amy Magnus, Samara Nche, Lily Porter, Tilly Sands, Olivia Skinner-Pelaz
and Rachel Skinner were all on the scoresheet as King's Lynn Town defeated Harlow
Town 7-1 to climb away from the bottom two.
Biggleswade Utd have opened up a lead of three points in Division One North,
thanks to an 8-1 victory over Yaxley Phoenix. Haile Richards scored a hat-trick and
Kayleigh Gray a double, with one apiece from Charlene Moreton, Tayla Murray and Molly
Norman. Gemma Whitchurch hit a hat-trick, with Mollie Burgess and Millie Rhodes adding
the others, as AFC Dunstable defeated Haverhill Rovers 5-0.
London & South East League
Otesha Charles, Maisie Joyce and Lucy Jellett all scored a goal each as Millwall Lionesses
won 3-1 away to Aylesford to extend their lead to five points. Fulham FC Women had a
chance to go second but lost ground as they were beaten 4-2 by Dulwich Hamlet. Rebecca
May (2), Sophie Manzi and Brittany Saylor were on target for Dulwich, with Annie Thomas
