added the other goals for Rangers whose next opponents will be Billericay Town, 5-1 winners
over Luton Town. Jay Blackie, Dayna Chong, Shannan Drewe, Mia Lockett and Zoe Rushen
were the markswomen for Billericay.
Zoe Barratt and Lucy O'Brien scored the goals as Ipswich Town returned from
Milton Keynes Dons with a 2-0 victory. The Tractor Girls will meet another Southern Premier
Division side in the Second Round, Crawley Wasps who staged a comeback from two goals
behind to beat London Bees 3-2. Danielle Puddefoot and Nicole Jancey had put the Bees two
ahead during the first half but after the break, the Wasps reduced the arrears through Iesha
Swaby and Natasha Stephens scored twice in the last fifteen minutes to give her side victory.
Gillingham faced an awkward trip to Abingdon Town but came through with a 4-1
victory. The Gills will have a home tie in the Second Round, against Actonians Ladies who
were 8-1 winners away to Herne Bay. Alessandra Barreca bagged a four-goal haul and she was
joined on the scoresheet by Sharon Odofin, who notched up a hat-trick, and Roschelle Shakes.
Ashford Town (Middlesex) took their excellent league form into the FA Cup,
scoring six times without reply against Sutton Utd. Ashley Cheatley netted a hat-trick and she
was joined on the scoresheet by Alissa Down, Chloe Farrell and Lavana Neufville. Ashford face
a big test of their credentials in the next round as they must play Oxford Utd, who beat another
London & South East League side on Sunday when winning 3-0 at Fulham FC Women. Sarah
King gave Oxford the lead on the stroke of half time and they went on to add second half goals
through Beth Lumsden and Daisy Ackerman.
Hashtag Utd notched up a seventeen-goal blast against Southend Utd
Community SC and will now face AFC Wimbledon, who defeated Millwall Lionesses 2-0
with goals late in the game from Katie Stanley and Emily Donovan.
Kent Football Utd have reached the Second Round for the first time in their history
following their 3-0 success away to Steyning Town Community and their opponents will be
Chesham Utd, they edged out Cambridge Utd 3-2 thanks to a Gemma Fraser double and
Anneka Nuttall.
Shannon Albuery scored four times Portsmouth found the net thirteen times against
Dorking Wanderers. Cherelle Khassal and Tamsin De Bunsen each hit hat-tricks and they
were joined on the scoresheet by Hayley Bridge, Ava Rowbotham and Samantha Quayle.
Pompey will face opponents from further along the South Coast in the shape of AFC
Bournemouth, who won their local derby tie 2-1 against Bournemouth Sports with goals
from Becki Bath and Lucy Cooper.
Ilminster Town were 3-0 winners over Sherborne Town in a clash between two of
the South West League's high fliers. Jodi Cornwall scored twice, along with an own goal, as
Ilminster reached the Second Round for the first time where they have landed a plum draw
against Southampton FC Women who beat Swindon Town 1-0. The only goal of the game
for the Saints came midway through the first half, scored by Lucia Kendall.
Plymouth Argyle came through their tie at Keynsham Town with a 5-3 success,
including six goals in the first half. Natasha Knapman hit a hat-trick for Argyle, whose other
goals came from Zoe Cunningham and Gabi Alphous. Plymouth now take on AFC St Austell,
who continued their cup run by beating Torquay Utd 2-0, courtesy of first half goals from
Kayley Lane and Elizabeth Overton.
Jade Grove scored twice, with Georgie-Marie Barbour-Gresham and Lacy-Jai Liggett
adding the others, as Cheltenham Town progressed with a 4-0 victory over Liskeard
Athletic. Cheltenham have been rewarded with a home draw against Southampton Women,
they won 3-0 at Abingdon Utd with a goal apiece from Lucy Mear, Rachel Okoro and Sian
Wylie.
Natasha Wild bagged a hat-trick and Sarah Saunders added the other goal for
Chichester & Selsey as they won 4-0 away to Ascot Utd (see match report). The Sussex side
have landed a home draw in the next round, against Bridgwater Utd who also notched up a
4-0 victory away to New Milton Town thanks to an Amy Goddard double, Laura Holden and
an own goal.
